Prediction: finish sentences with Tab
Grey text after the cursor suggests how your sentence goes on. Tab takes one word. Off by default, and everything stays on your Mac.

PredictionSentences remembered 42Forget them
⇥takes one word
Turn it on in Settings › Prediction. As you type, WriteNative suggests how the sentence goes on, in grey after the cursor:
- Tab takes one word; press it again for the next.
- Esc hides it, or keep typing to ignore it.
Where suggestions come from
- Sentences you type often. Once you have typed a sentence twice, its first words bring it back. This works on every plan, the free one too, and without an account.
- The on-device model guesses the rest, once it is downloaded (On-device or Pro). It writes in a style that fits the place: short in work chat, fuller in email, commit style on GitHub.
Prediction learns only while it is on, only from sentences you finish typing yourself, and never from an email you are replying to. What it remembers stays on this Mac: Settings › Prediction shows how many Sentences remembered, and Forget them clears them.
